Teamviewer allows remote access to a computer that you want to work in, given that you know the ID and password of that computer. Compared to the ssh shell command, Teamview provides the same user interface as you usually use a computer.
Download and Install the Software.
Each computer with Teamview will have a generated ID and password (changeable). Remotely connecting to a computer is just a matter of putting in the correct ID and password.
Important Note
The remote computer must have the Teamviewer application open to able to be accessed.
Do not log out or shutdown the remote computer. You will NOT able to remotely connect back to the computer until the remote computer is logged back in. Make sure "Lock Computer" is not checked before closing the application on your computer when you are done. (Actions → Lock Computer →)
